Abstract
Due to its characteristics, Children’s Literature may represent a profitable material for the Foreign Language classroom. Accordingly, we present in this paper an approach to reading which pursues to develop learner’s autonomy in reading comprehension and to promote his creativeness. The activities suggested, to be carried out in a relaxed atmosphere of play, are based in techniques that aim to awake the interest for reading, making of this practice a pleasant experience.
