Zusammenfassung
This paper presents the attitude towards the phenomenon of forum shopping, in the light of the new EU Insolvency Regulation 2015/848, applied to proceedings in respect of a debtor whose centre of main interests is locates in the Union, as well as its effects, procedural and sustantive, on the persons and legal relations concerned, especially on the general body of creditors.
