Resumen
Environmental service is one of the main concepts of current environmental law, which aims to legally represent the functions performed by natural resources. These functions are object of general interest and must be protected. To this end, these services can be qualified as goods of public interest. Services and natural resources constitute the two elements of the environment. Only a regime that protects both elements together will be appropriate and actual protector of nature.
