Résumé

A comparative study is done about the postoperative complications appearing in a diabetic population of 141 eyes of 113 patients after the extraction of the crystalline through two differents technics: the extraction intracapsu lar of the crystalline and the extraction extracapsular of the crystalline. The edema of macula was the most frequent complication postoperative (29%), «rubeosis iridis» and neovascular glaucoma, appears in the 8,5%, the haemorrhage of vitreous in the 11 %, retinal detachment by traction in the 5,6% appearing and 1,5% of ptisis bulbi. Significatives statistics difference was not found in the postoperative complications because of the surgical technic used, except in the «rubeosis iridis» and neovascular glaucoma, were the extraction intracapsular of the crystalline was differently higher respect to the extraction extracapsular (p s 0,05).
