Abstract
From the late-1990s Castilla y León has seen an extraordinary development of renewable energy increasing the potency of existing energy mix. The recent growth reaffirms the role of Castilla y León in the energetic generation; which has a long tradition. Introducing new insights from diverse views, the renewable energy allows us to identify a change in the regional energy scene.
