Résumé

This study is framed within the scope of labor integration of persons with disabilities, following the guidelines set by the United Nations Convention (2006) and in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the 2030 Agenda. People with disabilities they have the right to ordinary employment, in companies and in public administrations, including supported employment services; protected employment, in special employment centers and in labor enclaves; and autonomous employment. Public and private companies that employ a number of 50 or more workers are required to have at least 2% of the workforce be workers with disabilities. This measure is called the ‘reservation fee’ and is a labor obligation. For this reason, the Integra-d@s UPSA mobile application has been created, as it facilitates companies, especially more than 50 workers, fulfilling this duty, and establishes a labor enclave, which allows mediation between these companies and federations and associations of people with disabilities. In this way you can contribute to the rights of people with disabilities, in the workplace, they are fulfilled. Likewise, measures aimed at promoting inclusive economic growth, full and productive employment (SDG-8), and the reduction of inequalities (SDG-10) are reinforced.
