Tumor de Krukemberg secundario a cáncer de sigma

Abstract

We are presenting a patient who is 46 year old. He hasn ́t medical background interesting except constipation since four month except four month. This patient come up our urgency os our hospital. Physical examination revealed a mass in lower hemi-abdominal distension and bloating is appreciated. So a belly plate in which a dilated colonic frame shown is requested. On ultrasound masses of 13 years and 8 cm compatible with adnexal masses they are appreciated. After the results in both imaging and analytical decided to perform a colonoscopy, in which a stenosis is seen unsurpassable. Which requires action to emergency patient during surgery abundant peritoneal fluid observed two large tumors corresponding to both ovaries and sigma stenosis with signs of carcinomatosis in mesosigma. These support a tumor secondary to obstructive cancer krukemberg sigma findings. Although in this case the primary tumor is generally Sigma type of tumor that metastasizes digestive thus is the stomach.
