Résumé
Objective. Increase the dissemination of Health Education through the use of a blog, its usefulness and the satisfaction level of its use. Method. Longitudinal descriptive study of an educational intervention on the population of the health center. In addition to the sociodemographic variables, they included the utility and degree of satisfaction. Results. the blog was used by more than 21% of the health center’s patients for the 33 months in operation. The degree of satisfaction assessing content, utility and clarification of doubts obtained a score higher than 9 in a scale from 1 to 10. Conclusion. The use of the blog shows a high level of satisfaction. Outside of our territory is also visited with a progressive increase in the number of visits. In addition, it helps to solve health problems and to produce tranquility and satisfaction in the users.
