Abstract
The authoress analyzes mostly three excellent films by Angelopoulos (to blémma tou Odisea, e sionóteta kai mía méra to metéoro béma tou pelárgou ), concluding that most patterns of Ancient Greek Poetry are continously present all over Angelopoulos films (awful wars, human condition, ritual sacrifices and so on).
