Zusammenfassung
This work deals with the managerial class of Castile-Leon in the first third of the 20th century, bearing in mind the international comparative debate about associationism. We study the managerial class as a social actor that becomes a colective actor by means of that association (causes of the associations, strategies, aims, limitations, general significance). And as a result of that, we study the effect as a political actor. We make emphasis on this aspect and think about it within their interlocutors context: employers' organizations, state and workers.
