Resum

At the present time of social controversy about teaching staff, maybe of great interest to approach subjects live personal and academic satisfaction of the University students, future teachers, as the professional expectations are determined, to a great extent, for the image of this profession. The result of this research, with a sample of 780 students of the different specialities imparted at the Faculty of Education, prove that students are women in the main, with a middle social status and with an uncertain interest towards teaching life. Therefore, it confirms that future teachers are conditioned to perform a profession which is academic and socially devaluated from the beginning
