Abstract

The building of the Calced Trinitarians church in the town of Zamora meant the decoration of the major chapel with a main altarpiece and its correspondent collaterals. In the article, these collaterals are linked to the Valladolid background, to be exact, to the assembler Cristóbal Ruiz de Andino, and a Immaculate Conception is attributed to the Rozas. The main altarpiece, which was carried out from 1710, is documented as being a work by assembler Francisco Pérez, and most of the images are attributed to Antonio Tomé.
