Abstract
Abstract: Continuing offence¿s rule provokes a lot of problems in practice, specially in the context of private land crimes. In this paper, development of the Jurisprudence in this matter is analized, concluding the author that article 74 of Spanish Criminal Law is not an advisable key for individualizing penalties.
