Abstract
The Information Technology and Telecommunications (ICT) allow adequate development of technologies in the area of Health (e-Health), through which the patient is more informed and close to the health care professional. M-Health is the part of e-Health which focuses on mobile devices. A large majority of the world population has access to a mobile compared with 26% who do not have access to the Internet through the computer. As the future of telemedicine is not unusual bet on this wireless technology. M-Health offers the best opportunity for Healthcare in the Developing World: a comprehensive, integrated approach to healthcare. Similarly, when Spain reaches the appropriate level of development of interactive TV, T-Health will offer great opportunities. T-Health will have a far-reaching impact on health care.
