Abstract

Linguistics, semiotics and film come together in this study to show researchers in the related areas of analysis and research prospects in this field. The study of signs, symbols and codes that make up the film and the language articles will be compared in these pages from a semiotic analysis of differences and similarities between them. Semiology of film helps us to identify different types of speech codes that make up the film to find more or less distinguishable units that are opposed to each other and constitute a paradigm. Begin a study of the technical means to make movies, we will continue with the study of the elements that make up the grammar of the film (planes, angles, photography, set design and camera movements), we will make a contrastive analysis between language and the filmic articulated to finish with two examples of films that we will illustrate the codes and signs through which they are configured
