Abstract
The finding of the lawsuit mantained by Rodrigo Gil de Hontañón at the Royal Chancery in Valladolid on account of the Saint Martin church in La Mota del Marqués (Valladolid) constructions, provides us with plenty of news about the building itself, the skilled workers who carried it out and the mastery system applied by the Segovian man. Together with this we are offered new data about the house built for Rodrigo de Ulloa in the same town and about the conditions and the partial lay-out provided by Rodrigo Gil de Hontañón for parish church tower in Ciguñuela (Valladolid).
