Abstract
This paper is about the compilation of terms related to carving tackles before and after the introduction of agricultural machinery. Farming terminology has undergone changes after the introduction of agricultural machinery, for example some terms have become obsolete and, on the other hand, others have been created. Furthermore, we define these terms to know whether there are differences in the use in different boroughs (synonymy) or meaning variants (polysemy). In addition, we have checked these terms in the most used Spanish lexicographical works and in some more specific works
