Abstract
Even nowadays there is a general apathy among topics of the environmental care, transferring this into a criminological approach, about how to prevent, how to punish and how to legislate in criminal subject; there also exist a certain abandonment of this item. In the present article there will be developed some reflections observing de ecological crime but extrapolating into the international sphere in which the international instances should enhance their efforts into the prevention and fight of this crime.
