Resumen

El diagnostico de trastorno adaptativo es uno de los más frecuentes pese a ser una categoría que carece de criterios diagnósticos propios. Limítrofe con reacciones emocionales normales a estresores, es objeto de debate y de cuestionamiento terapéutico. Este estudio pretende analizar las características sociodemográficas, continuidad del tratamiento y existencia de reincidencias en un grupo de pacientes.
