Abstract

This paper deals with a particular way of teaching Constitutional Law, based on two pillars: cooperative learning and continuous assessment. Both issues are connected to the way theorical and practical lessons of the subject are given, as well as to other actions (Constitutional Law Seminars), and extracurricular activities. Precisely at all of them, the pedagogical pros and cons are showed.
