Abstract

Taking the pupil’s environment as a field of knowledge, this final year dissertation is based on the geography contents established by the Primary Education curriculum –and the convincement that the updating of geography teaching methodology is a must in the early years of education- to reach the explanation by the design and development of different educational itineraries among the city of Segovia (Spain) and its immediate surroundings.
