Resumen
This paper is about understanding the remuneration mechanisms of the firm's managers. For it, we will review the theoretical foundations that origninate the conveniencie of taking to end plans to incentivate the workers, as well as their main advantages and disadvantages, leaning on in the current financial theories and in the most relevant empirical evidence.
