Abstract
The history of women´s work is a sucession of steps of discrimination and inequality against women workers. It is also, the history of a permanent recognition of the women who haven´t yet managed to close the disputes in the work place, despite the high number of legislation and policies by the institutions in favor of the labour equality between men and women. There are reasons more profound which are social and cultural, as the patriarchy that is more difficult to eradicate.
