La respuesta a la financiación ilegal de los partidos políticos desde el Derecho comparado

Zusammenfassung

The Organic Law 1/2015 of 30 March, incorporates into the Spanish Criminal Code the crime of ilegal financing of political parties. Thanks to that measure, the Spanish legal order is currently aligned with the main surrounding countries which -already had this criminal institution- and the penalty regulation of the Organic Law 8/2007, of 4 July, has been strengthened. This contribution compares the above mencioned crime of the Spanish legal order to the same crime categorized by French, Italian and German legal systems and also studies the parallel administrative infractions on the same matter.
