Abstract
This paper focuses on the relationships between Unfair Competition Law and advertising, pointing out their connections within the evolution of the European and Spanish Law in the matter. Moreover, it looks through the principal types of unfair advertising, on the basis of the groups of cases that steam from the Courts» practice and the Spanish Advertising Jury Autocontrol.
