Resumen

Due to the long economic crisis, during 2014 and 2015 an important labour reform introduced by various complex regulatory mechanisms has been approved in Italy. The aim is to adapt and reform the labour market by introducing a series of measures such as a single guarantee labour contract, the creation of a National Agency for Employment, a universal provision in the event of unemployment, a simplification of the rules of trade union representation, as well as other innovations in matters of collective bargaining. All interesting, if you also take into account that, our labour law is largely inspired by the Italian regulation. However, the package of measures launched raises important issues, essentially on the institution of dismissal, which are discussed in this paper.
