Resumo
Advances in technology have made it possible to increase the data size generated causing its complexity grows exponentially. New data acquisition and high performance computing techniques have enabled to manage large data sets with high resolution. However, the amount and complexity of current generation of data exceeds our ability to easily understand and make sense of them. In this paper, we propose the use of virtual reality techniques that exploit different sensory channels for improving the visualization, analysis, interpretation and interaction of large complex dataset
