Abstract
More than five years ago, Ana was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and, after several surgeries and chemotherapy treatment cycles, it has not been cured. She finds it helpful to share her experiences and feelings in a well-known social network. Her friends and followers find her posts moving, and at the same time we cannot help but smile or even laugh when reading them. For all these reasons, this story is not a story but a real experience, of a real person, its real author.
