Resumen
This article presents an interpretive model of the change patterns observed in the transitions to adult life for young people in Spain during the period 2007-2015 from the analytical and interpretative perspective of the course of life. For this purpose, data from the Living Conditions Survey (2007-2015) were used for age cohorts from 17 to 34 years old, in order to be able to combine different transitional situations for each defined cohort and to therefore analyze the complexity and heterogeneity of these from the analysis of entropy and from a gender perspective. The results suggest that, despite the effects of the crisis, the structure of transitions has remained relatively stable during the period considered, especially in terms of leaving the family home and the formation of the couple. Another important result is that the transitions for young women have become more complex and de-standardized than male ones, noting a relative reduction in the differences between men and women during the crisis period.
