Learning and Support conform to an increasingly effective and developed methodology in Spanish education centres due to its combination of profound processes of learning with a specific support to the community. It is by transforming and improving it in a well thought out project that globalized and competent learning can be achieved as well as increasing possibilities of more inclusive education. However, putting it into practice is hindered by certain regulatory norms and its corresponding application, such as: assessment procedures, forming the shape of institutional documents in schools, legislative imprecision, going beyond the spatial and temporal limits of the school, relative questions about the security and safety of pupils and teachers, civil responsibilities, institutional collaboration, among others. Finally, the article discusses the different actions Educational Inspections, from its point of view, should take into account regarding the development of this methodology in schools.
