Resumen
The main objective of this study is to explore the sense of vocation in the teaching profession. Beyond clichés and stereotypes on this issue, the authors looks into the different dimensions of the relationship between educator and pupil, and describes the rool of this relatisnship in terms of intense and passionate experisnce. Therefore, this article proposes a reflection on the teaching profession not in terms of social contract, but in terms of call or life project.
