Resum

The ankle sprain is one of the most common pathologies in sportive activity. For this reason it is essential to make a good prevention program. One of the most effective methods which is being increasingly used is the propioceptive work. In the present essay, junior players’s response to a propioceptive training will be analyzed. Training duration was only 4 minutes effective work, it will be repeated for a total of 18 times, twice a week. In this way, the junior team will be divided into two subgroups. The analyzed subjects will be the number of ankle injuries compared with the previous season and the improvement in postural balance. Also they will be collected other data as the height, the weight, the dominant leg or the injury history that it could influence in the ankle injuries or the postural balance of the players.
