Gestión de los residuos orgánicos de la provincia de Palencia mediante aplicación de un Sistema de Información Geografica

Abstract

Detected the diffi culty of adapting the legal conditions (normative community, state and autonomous) to form and way the organic residuals are purifying of how, and knowing that a high percentage of those residuals is not negotiated correctly, it becomes necessary to design an administration procedure that is able to give to know the possibilities and combined purification, and allow to assist the normative one it specifi es. In this work we think about as methods of revaluation of the residuals the composting, the direct subscriber in poplars and the recovery of degraded fl oors. It is used the Geographical Information System as an effective tool in the administration of databases so much analogical (inventory of residuals) as digital, localization of the centers producing of the organic residuals of the county, valuation of the territory and defi nition of their welcome capacity in function of diverse environmental variables, and in the identifi cation of the areas potentially valid for the installation of the administration centers. The result is the zonifi cación of the administration of the residuals in the county of Palencia, the concrete and defi nitive localization of the outlined activities, and the good routes in the transport of the residuals to minimize its cost of transport and its impact on the means.
