Resumen
El trabajo presenta un cuadro de los delitos atentatorios contra la moral y las buenas costumbres (particularmente las conductas sexuales consideradas desviadas u opuestas a la institución matrimonial) en la Eisagoge tou nomou (ca. 886), una compendio jurídico atribuido al famoso erudito y patriarca de Constantinopla Focio.
