Versión breve en español del team climate inventory (TCI-14)desarrollo y propiedades psicométricas

Resumen

El objetivo del presente trabajo fue desarrollar una adaptación española de la versión reducida, de 14 ítems, del Team Climate Inventory (TCI-14), un cuestionario desarrollado para la evaluación del clima de equipo. Con este propósito se llevó a cabo la adaptación de la versión anglosajona del mismo y se aplicó a una muestra de 360 empleados de Castilla-León y Cataluña (44,4% hombres y 55,6% mujeres). Los resultados indicaron que el TCI-14 muestra la misma estructura de la versión original, verifi cándose mediante análisis factorial confi rmatorio la existencia de los factores de visión, seguridad en la participación, orientación a las tareas y apoyo a la innovación. Por otra parte, el TCI-14 presentó unos buenos coefi cientes de fi abilidad teniendo en cuenta el bajo número de ítems que conforman cada escala, oscilando los mismos entre alfa 0,75 y 0,82. El TCI-14 se confi gura como un instrumento potencialmente útil para la evaluación del clima de equipos de trabajo. Futuras investigaciones podrían utilizar el TCI-14 como una herramienta de screening en combinación con otros instrumentos
