Zusammenfassung
The present paper examines the problems that military representatives of the profesional associations suffer in the exercise of the freedom of speech since the right of professional association was accepted by Constitutional Court Sentence 219/2001, october 31st, in particular the case resolved by Constitutional Court Sentence 38/2017, april 24th, and focus several problems that Spanish Constitional jurisdiction has not been solved yet.
