The article develops the common problem from 2008 in all countries of the European Union and in this context the “Draft Common Frame of Reference” (DCFR) and “Principles of European Contract Law” (PECL), and as one of the guiding principles of the EMF (European Mortgage Federation) , all very importants for consumers of the UE.
