Abstract
The article brings together a set of reflections supported by published texts by different authors knowledgeable about the health system and whose center O reflection is the clinic, the use of technologies used to document cases, all related to the practice of health social work. focuses the debate above all on practice supported by a discourse and knowledge that are what make visible the soul of the profession, in this case health social work.
