Abstract
The food maintenance arrangement is a legal contract that aims to meet the requirements from the “food provider”, the person who has to pay food maintenance by paying maintenance money to the “food receiver”. If one of the parts of the requirement obligations is not fulfilled, usually this happens on the part of the “food provider”, the affected part can opt for a contract resolution and the enforcement of the contract. The enforcement of the contract will depend on the circumstances by which the food maintenance requirements have not been carried out, and if the affected part is one of the contracting parts or a person independent from the arrangement if we are dealing with a food maintenance arrangement in favour of a third party
