Resumo

The process followed for the administration of the so-called "vaccines Covid-19" raises some important reflections on civil liability in the health field related to the information that the recipient of the service must receive to give a conscious and free consent. With this starting point, a reflection is provided regarding the provision of consent, informed or not, that could have occurred in this specific area and its connection with the diligence of health professionals. In the same vein, is raised the relationship between the information received by the recipients of the service, articulated on the basis of the efficacy and safety of the medicinal product, with the result reasonably expected by them, the latter idea provided by the DCFR in the field of service contracts that significantly highlights the link between prior information, professional diligence and civil liability in the provision of services.
