Abstract

This paper analyzes the effects of the insolvency proceeding on the agreements and arbitration process, provided for by article 140 of the Consolidated Text of the Insolvency Law. It attempts to solve the interpretative problems generated by this rule since its introduction in the repealed article 52 of the Insolvency Law.
