Abstract

Is gender a voluntary choice for its determination? Can people freely choose their sex without treatment or medical reports? How far does this power of decision go? When can this right be exercised? Can gender identity be decided by anyone? Are there limits to this performance? Are minors mature enough to decide? Are adolescents influential people? Does watching over and caring for children imply being able to stop these decisions? Does gender change have a lawful cause? Is there fraud in sex changes? These and many other questions we ask ourselves after the new regulation recently issued, known as the trans law.
