Resumo
The crime of improper use of uniform, costume and insignia, in view of the problems that will be demonstrated here, requires an inexorable revision. Both the high penalty currently envisaged by the legislator and the absence of a material injury - these are not the only problems that characterize it - merit, at the very least, a proposal for its relocation in the national legal system.
