The exchange of experiences in relation to nursing care involved in Erasmus+ involves the development of the competencies described in each of the Degrees, in another country in another language different from the mother tongue. The lack of knowledge of this language may pose a difficulty since there is no official guide recognized by the university. The Faculty of Nursing of Valladolid has exchange agreements and teaching and research collaborations with several European universities. The nursing discipline involves the acquisition of competencies of the profession, with a scientific basis and in accordance with the reality, both at a socioeconomic, cultural and political level, and at a global and national level. In other words, being prepared to be able to function in a context in which languages or cultures may be different, and for this purpose, participation in programs such as Erasmus + can favor the development of the essential competencies for future nurses to be able to work in a changing society. The creation and consolidation of international groups of professors, students and health care professionals between different universities promotes the acquisition of these competencies. For this reason, this teaching innovation project aims to promote the exchange of experiences with the realization of various webinars and workshops
