Zusammenfassung
The paper analyzes the different procedures included in the bankruptcy legislation to carry out the sale of the productive unit in the bankruptcy proceedings, after its modification by Law 16/2022, of September 5. On the one hand, the general procedure, applicable in any state of the bankruptcy. On the other hand, a special procedure, which anticipates the preparation and execution of the sale of the productive unit, made up of two modalities.
