The capabilitie of increasing the social capital of a community and, even, having an influence on the citizens behaviour can come by unsuspected ways. The espontaneous and non-pretentiously creation of a hashtag in Twitter can become an initiative that encourages the civic attitude thanks to the succes of the hashtag. Now: what’s the way to the succes? Here we have analyzed the path of the hashtag #jetaparking, from its born on 4, march, 2017 to 29, september, 2018, and how their viralization’s spot-lights have changed, comparising them with the moments in which the #jetaparking campaign have appeared into the digital and traditional media. The principal conclussion is that, at least in this case, that intervention has been key for the message spreading in the 2.0 environment.
