Resumen
This article undertakes a critical analysis of the functionalities ("facilities and difficulties", in Ortega y Gasset's terminology) that Chat GPT AI technology has, or could have, for human life. Therefore, such an analysis is conducted from the basis of anthropological space theory. Rather than a critique of the functionalities of AI for human life, which are not denied, what we propose is a critique of the discourses that by making hypostasis of Chat GPT or of humanity itself lead to a metaphysical perspective that we reject as unfeasible. Thus, we classify three types of discourses: "circular discourses", "radial discourses" and "angular discourses", according to their consideration of the Chat GPT as the content of the anthropological space.
