Resumo

Primary Lymphoma of the salivary glands represent less than 1% of all non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL). They have a clear predominance in female, between 50 and 80 years old. And they are more common in parotid gland. Most of the cases are localized (stage I-II: 75- 100%), and symptoms are shown due to the appearance of a tumor in the gland affected, usually painless.
