Zusammenfassung

Thispaper comes about in response to an interest from the Department of Pedagogy, located in Segovia Campus "Maria Zambrano" at theUniversity of Valladolid, in 2012 to support a universitycooperation program through the offer of external teacher training terms to students of both Early childhood and PrimaryEducation. The context in which this project is developed consists of two rural schools located in Larabanga, North-West of Ghana. Through out this project of service-learning, we have observed the added value it entails both to the people who are participant and receiver. It is a cooperation program that benefits every part: on the one hand, for Spanish student swith a personal and formative experience; on the other hand, to both Ghanaian students and teachers with the boost to social and educative development of his/her community. Up to now, almost 50 students have realized the teacher training program (3rd and 4th Year) in Ghana. In this paper the design and development of the project is presented as well as the results preview the assessment of the project has generated.
