The rapid growth in the number and variety of Intergenerational Programmes internationally is not and has not been proportional to the number of documented assessments and evaluation studies published about them. That is why the time to meet the various needs in the intergenerational field has come, to develop well-grounded conceptually and theoretically studies, leading to the implementation of intergenerational programs as models internationally based on the results of investigations. And what better way to achieve this goal that using the new information and communication technologies, because as Ghosh, Ratan , Lindeman and Steinmetz (2013) note: We are at the dawn of “Aging On” in which the growing range of Internet-based technologies and mobile devices will help older adults and their caregivers to cope with a wide range of health, social and functional needs, connecting these individuals with their friends, family and community.
